All SurePlate (TM) products are sold with a extended lifetime warranty. Products are made from quality materials and of highest standards. This product is durable and made to endure tough environments.  If the product fails to perform as advertised after installation and use, return to manufacturer for replacement. Contact manufacturer per address printed below. NOTE: This guarantee does not cover damages or defects as a result of misuse, modification, negligence, or accident.
 
Designverks LLC reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
 
Returns & Credit - Before returning any product, please call customer service at

845-769-7458 for return instructions. 

 
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will either replace the merchandise, issue a credit, or offer a refund. The cost of shipping for returns and replacements shall be incurred by the buyer.
